Specialist Mental Health Hospital Seeks Deputy Ward Manager
A leading mental health provider is seeking an experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join their team at a specialist hospital in Burgess Hill, Surrey.
In this role, you will support the ward manager in ensuring high standards of care are maintained and manage a clinical team.
The hospital provides care for males dealing with mental health issues and supports them on their journey to recovery.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- RMN or RNLD qualification with an active PIN
- Experience in a mental health setting at a management level
- Proven leadership, team building and motivational skills
- Outstanding management and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Legislation
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,000 - £46,000.
