Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Archivist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced archivist to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition. As a key member of our Department of Archives and Modern Manuscripts, you will play a critical role in arranging, describing, auditing, rehusing, and reviewing the Stephen Hawking Archive.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience cataloguing archives to professional standards and working in a library or similar service environment. They will also demonstrate proficient knowledge of archival cataloguing standards, excellent research and analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and be qualified to undergraduate degree level in a relevant subject.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per year, depending on experience.
