We are seeking an experienced archivist to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition in managing and developing the use of archival collections at Cambridge University Library.

This national and international collection includes scientific, religious, cultural, estate, business, and university archives, as well as personal papers of remarkable range and depth.

The successful candidate will support researchers, students, and users to access archives and collaborate with colleagues in the Archives team and across the Library to manage collections and deliver services and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support researchers, students, and users to access archives and records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Archives team and across the Library to develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of archival collections.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills to engage a range of audiences with the archival collections.

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £62,000 per annum.
