Stroke Unit Manager Position

The Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a skilled and experienced nurse to join their team as a Ward Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the ward team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Oversee the maintenance of standards of care and provide reports to the Directorate.
- Coordinate continuity of care for patients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments.
- Broaden professional, organisational, and system boundaries to enhance healthcare delivery.

What You'll NeedTo excel in this position, you should have:

This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at £52,780 - £77,519 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
