**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Therapy Assistant on the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be an integral part of our therapy team, working alongside qualified Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to provide holistic interventions for patients. The role involves assisting with a range of duties, providing patient-centred rehabilitation, and supporting the management of clinical caseloads.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist therapy staff with daily tasks and duties.
  • Provide patient-centred rehabilitation interventions, often without direct supervision.
  • Support the management of clinical caseloads on the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit.
  • Accurately input data onto IT systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift equipment and perform daily tasks.

**Salary:** Approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
