About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Registered Manager to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care services in Oxfordshire, ensuring that they meet the highest standards and provide exceptional care to our service users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will need to have a valid full UK manual driving license and the right to work in the UK, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Job Description
This role involves leading our care services in Oxfordshire, including managing a team of staff, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. You will also need to provide support and guidance to our staff, as well as collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

About the Skills and Qualifications
