About the Role
Fawkes & Reece (North) is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Procurement Specialist. This exciting opportunity involves managing procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects, working closely with the Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor.

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in the civil engineering industry, who possesses key skills and qualifications such as proficiency in procurement, contract management, and commercial management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Procurement of sub-contractors
  • Preparation and submission of payment applications
  • Identification, pricing and agreement of changes
  • Valuation and agreement of sub-contractor accounts
