Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Product Specialist to join our team in North Manchester. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our manufactured range of specialist flat roofing solutions to Architects, Specifiers, and Contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Flat Roofing market and excellent communication skills to effectively present our products to potential clients. This is a field/home-based role covering North Manchester, Lancaster, Preston, Blackburn, Wigan, Bolton, Oldham, and Rochdale.

You will be utilizing our company database to identify new business opportunities and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. In this role, you will also oversee project procurement from start to finish, providing strong tracking and project management skills. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver CPD seminars/presentations and collaborate with our Marketing Department, external telesales, and internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell our manufactured range of specialist flat roofing solutions to Architects, Specifiers, and Contractors
• Identify new business opportunities using our company database
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

• Prepare and deliver CPD seminars/presentations
• Collaborate with our Marketing Department, external telesales, and internal teams
• Utilize strong tracking and project management skills

Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
