Job Description:

As a Territory Manager at Supreme Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining relationships with key foodservice customers and multiples. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing the company's strategic and operational plan, creating a vision for each customer to follow, and gaining market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan customer visits on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule.
  • Work effectively across your portfolio of existing and new accounts to ensure successful delivery of assigned targets.
  • Promote/Sell/Secure orders from existing and prospective customers.
  • Organise tasting demonstrations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Organise planned periodic promotions within foodservice.
  • Coordinate sales effort with sales management, accounting, and logistics.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer's needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
