Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in managing sub-contractor variations, working with building contractors, and dealing with final accounts.

The initial project is a refurbishment of a police station valued at £8m, where you would work as the commercial lead alongside an experienced project delivery team.
