Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tender renewal processes for indirect procurement, including quote processing, liaising with functions on requirements, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
  • Support the Head of IDP on deploying strategies for the UK&I business.
  • Be a primary point of contact for Indirect Procurement for both internal and external customers for the UK Business.
  • Ensure effective implementation and compliance with new procurement processes, including systems such as Coupa and Babbage.
  • Analyse supplier performance closely, meeting with suppliers regularly to ensure LKQ ECP receives the best price and service possible.
