Job Title: Deputy Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Cpl UK - Healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role:
The Deputy Home Manager will provide therapeutic care and create a nurturing environment for children and young people. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in managing day-to-day operations
  • Leading a caring team to deliver high-quality services and therapeutic care
  • Responsibility for supervision, mentoring, and staff management, including work patterns and training
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment focused on recovery, growth, and positive outcomes

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's Home or similar setting
  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Children and Young People or Health and Social Care
  • Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures
  • Strong leadership, proactive attitude, and ability to manage budgets and rotas
  • Flexible approach to shifts and sleep-ins

Pay and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
