Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join Aspris Children's Services Limited at their Southampton location.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
You will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the home.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in residential childcare, working with a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes the well-being and development of our young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized support to young people with complex needs
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment
- Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is required, along with previous experience within a residential childcare setting.
