About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in a residential setting. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being, and working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
