We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Residential Childcare Manager to join our team at New Forest Care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a relevant Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma and UK driving licence, with the ability to work directly with children and provide regular supervision and training. They will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high staff to child ratios and implementing comprehensive induction training for all staff.

As a Senior Residential Childcare Manager, you will be expected to hold a relevant Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification, as well as DDP Level 1 and 2 qualifications. You will also receive funded professional qualifications, including a Diploma Level 3 for Residential Childcare for all Support Workers. Our company offers a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your remuneration, you will benefit from a range of rewards, including Amazon vouchers, a Company Sick Pay Scheme, Workplace Pension Scheme, and 6 weeks annual leave (inc. Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service. We also offer on-site parking, all meals provided when on shift, and enhanced DBS coverage.
