About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Management Specialist to join our team at Norwood. As a key member of our Fundraising and Community Engagement department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional database and data services to support our fundraising efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective database management strategies to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Donor Support Services to analyse fundraising data and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to ensure the effective use of Raiser's Edge or similar charity databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and direct marketing policies.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our fundraising capabilities.

About You:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as business, IT, or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in a data administration or similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data analysis techniques.
