Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Database Executive to join our Fundraising and Community Engagement department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exemplary database and data services.

About the Role
The Database Executive will be responsible for continuously reviewing and updating our database and data processes. This includes assisting the Head of Donor Support Services with data entry, processing, and data manipulation. The successful candidate will also carry out data cleaning and database health-checking processes, ensuring that data is regularly cleaned and that duplicate supporter records are merged.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously review and update our database and data processes
- Assist the Head of Donor Support Services with data entry, processing, and data manipulation
- Carry out data cleaning and database health-checking processes
- Support the department in their use of the Raiser's Edge database
- Improve and develop new processes for the use of data to support the fundraising strategy

Requirements
- Advanced user of a database or CRM
- Experience as a data administrator or similar role involving manipulating data
- Experience of using Raiser's Edge or a similar charity database

Benefits
Norwood offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £26,000-£28,000 per annum dependent on experience. Additional benefits include 21 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and Jewish festivals where they fall on a working day, and a workplace pension scheme.
