Role Overview
Norwood is seeking a highly skilled Database Executive to join its Fundraising and Community Engagement department. This is an exciting opportunity for a data enthusiast to contribute to the charity's mission of enhancing supporter experience and ensuring data excellence.

About the Position
The Database Executive will be responsible for managing the charity's database and data systems, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Donor Support Services to improve and develop new processes for the use of data to support the fundraising strategy.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage the charity's database and data systems
- Develop and implement new processes for data management
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations

Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of database management systems
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer
Norwood offers a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £26,000-£28,000 per annum dependent on experience. Additional benefits include 21 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and Jewish festivals where they fall on a working day, and a workplace pension scheme.
