Job Title: College Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance Specialist to join our team at Stanmore College. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring effective governance and leadership within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in governance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on governance matters, as well as implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

This is a permanent part-time position, working 0.6 FTE, term time only, 40 weeks per year. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on governance matters
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, public administration)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in governance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
