We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Mental Health.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centered care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments under the supervision of a Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for meetings such as Care Programme Approach reviews.
  • Support the delivery of physical health care and emergency treatment for patients with complex needs.
  • Arrange and review clinical tests, ensuring timely action on results.
  • Participate in Clinical Governance activities and maintain Continuing Professional Development.
  • Contribute to policy development, audits, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Share responsibilities for tasks such as blood work and physical health observations.

Salary Details: £65,000 per annum
