We're seeking a bright and resourceful individual to join our team as a Senior Service Delivery Specialist. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a key member of our Aftersales department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Progressing work through our department and maintaining accurate records
  • Invoicing customers once work is completed

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers alike. You should also be able to plan ahead, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), which increases with your length of service, up to 26 days, and an extra paid day off for your birthday. You'll also be eligible for our car benefit scheme and pension scheme, and enjoy free staff parking.
