Job Title: Home Based Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team in a Home Health setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in their own homes.

About the Job:

  • Type: Travel – PT Home Health
  • Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  1. VA License: Part of the PT compact privilege states
  2. Minimum 1 year: Recent home health/ hospice experience
  3. BLS Certification: Required
  4. Locals accepted: Yes
  5. First-timers accepted: Yes
  6. Mileage radius: 75 mile radius from the hub/ office

Work Environment:

  • Average # of patients/day: 6-8
  • Points per week: 25 points weekly for productivity
  • Types of Cases: Geriatric
  • Years of experience REQ: 1 year min of recent home health/ hospice (based on position posted)
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Certs REQ: BLS
  • Is on-call REQ? YES, every 3rd to 4th weekend
  • Territory/County covering: Territory mileage radius: 75 mile radius from the hub/ office
  • Locals accepted: Yes, and at the travel rate
  • Pending License accepted: Case by case
  • Special Requirements: Traveler expected to be flexible with territory
