We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee salary data, ensuring accurate and timely payments for approximately 6,000 employees.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a payroll environment and possess the necessary qualities to perform the role, including trustworthiness, honesty, confidentiality, communication skills, helpfulness, and responsiveness.

As a key member of our payroll team, you will work closely with other administrators to ensure documents are organized and payroll-related items are handled appropriately.

You will be required to provide information and answer employee/manager questions about all payroll-related matters, including administering all aspects of payroll for employees, preparing weekly and monthly reports, reviewing and adhering to company policies and procedures, and ensuring all payroll transactions are thoroughly checked for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of payroll for employees

  • Identify and resolve payroll errors
  • Accomplish required tasks promptly

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain level-headed under pressure or tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a Finance/Accounting environment would be advantageous
