Reporting directly to the Rewards Manager, the position encompasses responsibilities related to compensation structures, employee benefits, recognition programs, and health & wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing benefits across the organization
- Leading projects, including the rollout of a Global Career Framework
- Generating Management Information (MI) reports
- Conducting analysis on salary survey data
- Coordinating long-term incentive and bonus programs
- Assisting in the development of Global Benefits
- Overseeing the annual benefits enrollment period
- Providing guidance on rewards, compensation, and benefits governance
- Supporting job leveling and pricing strategies
