We are seeking an exceptional Personal Advisor to join our team in Tameside. As a Personal Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting young people transitioning into adulthood, particularly those who have experienced trauma and adversity.
Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with young people, understanding their needs, and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with a range of services, including social care, education, and healthcare providers, to ensure that young people receive comprehensive support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of trauma-informed practices. You will also need to be able to think critically and creatively, developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
The estimated salary for this role is £15,800 - £16,100 per annum, depending on experience.
