**Job Overview**

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Estate Management Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the trust's estate information systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

**Salary & Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the trust offers a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days after 10 years), a generous pension scheme, and extensive training and development opportunities.

**Job Description**

The CAFM Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Managing the trust's CAFM/Asset management reporting systems
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset data
  • Providing training and support to staff on CAFM systems

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Architectural Technology or computer technology systems
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in CAFM/Asset management
  • AutoCAD qualification and ability to review and update drawings as needed
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and complex IT systems
