About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Godalming Bridge Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners in delivering high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our childcare services and achieve our business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our children and staff are maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
