Willing Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall management of our brand-new nursery, working closely with the Nursery Manager to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children and families.
The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and robust knowledge of safeguarding practices.
As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of the nursery. You will also mentor and lead the nursery staff, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the maintenance of exceptional standards of care and professionalism.
Key responsibilities include efficiently managing resources and staff schedules, cultivating strong communication and partnership with parents and carers, and contributing to the creation and implementation of nursery policies and procedures. You will also uphold an unwavering commitment to health and safety standards and safeguarding practices at all times.
