Senior Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Godalming Bridge Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
About the RoleAs a Senior Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided to our children.
- Collaborating with other members of the management team to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
- Ensuring the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
