Nursery Room Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of nursery staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and skill development.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care, adhering to rigorous procedures and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate children's progress, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above, with a commitment to professional development and best practices in early childhood education.
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting, demonstrating expertise in providing high-quality care and education.
- 1 year's experience in a leadership and managerial role, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring the application of best practices in early childhood education.
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures, with a commitment to the well-being of every child.
