About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Godalming Bridge Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, parents, and children.
  • Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team.
