About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our electronic monitoring support team. As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you will play a vital role in partnering with our electronic monitor tagging team, assisting with device installation and upkeep, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure clear communication and seamless operations
  • Provide top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
What We're Looking For
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 9 points
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance or a willingness to obtain one
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
