We are seeking motivated individuals with strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills to join our Ex-Forces Programme. This programme is specifically designed for those transitioning from the services into a new career in business and technology consultancy.

As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across five core specialisms: Software Engineering, Change & Transformation, IT Operations, Data & Analytics, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance. Our Practices provide a career path tailored to your experience, skill set, and aptitude.

Around £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

About the Role

Delivering industry recognised coaching, our Ex-Forces Programme provides a soft landing into a meaningful second career. As a Consultant, you will provide services to clients relating to your field and Practice. With opportunities to progress towards Principal Consultant level, you can explore diverse roles and assignments for global companies.
