Youth Transition Specialist

Vox Network Consultants is a leading provider of social work services in the UK. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Youth Transition Specialist to join our team on a locum basis in a London Borough Council.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and an ASYE completed, as well as 2 years of post-qualifying experience. Direct experience working within Adult Social Work, particularly in Transition Teams or Learning Disability, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Young People aged 18-25 with a learning disability, ensuring their needs are met under the Care Act.
- Build relationships with Young People and Families, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Training and equipment provided to ensure you have the tools necessary to excel in your role.
- A reliable on-rolling contract and a stable management team provide a secure career path.

Requirements:
- A Social Worker Bachelor's Degree and an ASYE completed, as well as 2 years of post-qualifying experience.
