Neurodivergent Support Specialist

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
We are seeking an experienced Autism Intervention Leader to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a leader in the field of autism intervention, you will have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective support strategies that promote positive outcomes for individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored support plans that address the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Design and deliver training programs to equip staff with the skills and knowledge required to support individuals with autism
- Foster strong relationships with families and carers, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the support process
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, occupational therapy, or speech and language therapy
- Significant experience working with individuals with autism, ideally in a leadership or specialist capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving positive outcomes through innovative and evidence-based interventions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
