Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Occupational Therapy Specialist to join our team at Hazel Cottage School in the North West. As a key member of our Clinical Team, you will be responsible for managing our in-house therapy services and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.

The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field and experience working with Neurodivergent children. A strong therapeutic approach, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

You will be expected to hold a significant caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you can make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing therapy programs for students with complex needs
  • Providing supervision and support to team members
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes for students

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
