About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Mersey Care Eating Disorder Service. As a Band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise in occupational therapy assessments, risk management, and service development.

You will work closely with junior staff, clinical leads, and other clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of care. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling the care-coordinator role under ECC framework, including planning and coordinating Case Conferences/Reviews.
  • Participating in case load supervision to monitor standards of service user care and ensure record keeping is in accordance with Professional and Trust standards.
  • Contributing to ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the occupational therapy process in line with sound evidence-based practice.

Your skills and qualifications should include current HCPC registration, previous experience in relevant health settings, supervision of staff, effective team working, and experience of service development.
