**Job Summary**

We are recruiting a highly skilled Family Therapist Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Sunflower House, a specialist inpatient unit for children aged 5-13 with complex mental health needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert systemic therapy assessments, interventions, and consultations to families and professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with complex cases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide systemic therapy assessments, interventions, and consultations to families and professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements**
  • Postgraduate qualification in family and systemic psychotherapy, accredited by UKCP
  • At least three years of experience in working with families and children
  • Proven track record of working with complex cases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
