Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in digital content management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our team at Zero Surplus, one of the UK's leading housebuilders.

About the Role

This is a brand-new position that will be responsible for managing the company's external digital presence and coordinating the pre-agreed content plan to support brand strategies and reach target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, CMS management, and digital journey development, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

The successful postholder will work closely with the small team to grow this role into their own, working across all eight of the company's businesses, managing internal communications and external social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the company's external digital presence and coordinate the content plan to support brand strategies and reach target audiences
  • Analyse competitors' content and provide insights for optimisation
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all digital channels
  • Monitor current trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital content management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CMS management, and digital journey development
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Benefits
