About the Role
Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced digital content specialist to join our communications and engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in developing content for our brand new intranet and two new external websites.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the head of digital communications to develop our new intranet and support the delivery of a new front-facing KMPT and Mental Health Together website.
- Content Management: Write, create, edit, and publish engaging and informative content across intranet, websites, and social media aligned to our voice and tone.
- User Experience Enhancement: Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and develop content.
- Digital Communications: Collaborate with departments, teams, and content creators to align messaging and maintain brand consistency. Plan and implement campaigns across website, intranet, and social media using best practices.
- Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information and content architecture for the intranet and website.
