About the Role

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced digital content specialist to join our communications and engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in developing content for our brand new intranet and two new external websites.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Work with the head of digital communications to develop our new intranet and support the delivery of a new front-facing KMPT and Mental Health Together website.
  2. Content Management: Write, create, edit, and publish engaging and informative content across intranet, websites, and social media aligned to our voice and tone.
  3. User Experience Enhancement: Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and develop content.
  4. Digital Communications: Collaborate with departments, teams, and content creators to align messaging and maintain brand consistency. Plan and implement campaigns across website, intranet, and social media using best practices.
  5. Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information and content architecture for the intranet and website.
