About the Role

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join its Communications and Engagement Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining the Trust's website and intranet, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and aligned with the Trust's brand voice and tone.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and write high-quality content for the Trust's website and intranet, including news articles, blog posts, and other digital content.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Communications to develop the Trust's digital content strategy and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform content decisions and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure that content is aligned with business objectives and strategies.
