About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Broadcast Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Handle Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing on-screen and off-screen talent, and overseeing the entire production process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in DRTV and the ability to create high-converting, engaging content. You'll lead end-to-end production of nationally broadcast TV content, manage production teams on rehearsal and shoot days, and collaborate with copywriters on talent briefs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present products on-air, focusing on key USPs and demonstrations
  • Manage production teams on rehearsal and shoot days
  • Develop show structures and collaborate with copywriters on talent briefs
Requirements:
  • Experience managing on-screen/off-screen talent
  • Proven ability to create high-converting video content
  • Knowledge of live and post-production workflows

The salary for this role is approximately £48,000 - £58,000 per annum.
