About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in managing a small team of Clinical Lead Nurses and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client-Centred Care: Deliver personalized care outcomes, conduct care assessments, write care plans, and manage competencies to ensure the best possible care for our clients.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of Clinical Lead Nurses with a coaching approach, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and equipped with the necessary training and tools to excel in their roles.
  • Clinical Governance: Support the Head of Clinical Services and the Registered Manager in developing and maintaining strong clinical governance and quality standards within the organization.
  • Professional Development: Maintain your professional skills and undertake required training and development to enhance your personal and professional growth, with a focus on cascading key learning to the wider team.
  • Compliance and Quality: Perform duties in accordance with national standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and accepted best practices to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
What You'll Achieve
  • Develop Individualized Care Plans: Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that are patient-focused, realistic, and achievable.
  • Monitor Client Outcomes: Use your expertise to guide and implement changes proactively, monitoring client and family-centred outcomes to ensure the best possible care.
  • Manage Regional Care Delivery: Oversee and manage the regional care delivery team daily, working with committed carer teams to maintain all required standards.
  • Escalation and Support: Act as a responsive escalation, providing support and advice to the clinical team to deliver their roles successfully within the care packages to the highest quality.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all recording systems and organizational documentation are of a high standard and up to date, maintaining quality and compliance standards to ensure statutory, mandatory, and contractual requirements are met.
Requirements
  • Professional Registration: Hold professional nursing registration with no restrictions, working at an equivalent to band 8c.
  • Clinical Experience: Have relevant clinical experience in ABI/Spinal Injury/Community Nursing.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrate proven ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including Case Managers, Integrated Care Systems, General Practitioners, Consultants, and other Healthcare Professionals within the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Coaching and Development: Have experience in line management skills, with a motivation to develop and coach well-performing teams.
  • Clinical Governance and Quality: Demonstrate solid experience in clinical governance and quality improvement activity, with a clear commitment to quality standards to ensure compliance to statutory, mandatory, and contractual requirements.
  • Incident and Complaint Management: Have experience in incident and complaint management.
  • Personal Attributes: Possess excellent communication skills, inspiring leadership, collaborative approach, flexibility, and pragmatism, with a passion to deliver outstanding care in a rewarding and sometimes emotionally challenging environment.
