We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team at a busy dealership in Croydon. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients' requirements are met with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded
- Advise customers on cost, time scale, and the services required for their vehicle
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working within the motor trade / car dealership as a Service Advisor
- Prior experience with dealership systems such as Pinnacle or Kerridge is highly desirable
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
