A new opportunity has arisen for a senior customer service advisor to join this accessories supplier on a temporary basis. The company is well-established in its field and sells products via both wholesale and e-commerce channels.



You will be responsible for both B2B and B2C customer service, processing wholesale orders, building and maintaining relationships with wholesale customers, and processing and dispatching e-commerce orders.



The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong administration skills, and proficiency in Excel.



As a temporary employee, you will receive a competitive salary rate paid on a weekly basis, as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.



Key Responsibilities:


  2. Provide exceptional customer service to both B2B and B2C customers
  3. Process wholesale orders and dispatch e-commerce orders
  4. Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers
  5. Utilize Excel skills to manage and analyze data


Requirements:


  • Prior customer service experience
