Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Device Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will provide training to clinical staff on the use of medical devices, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality training sessions to clinical staff
  • Maintaining accurate records of training completion
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective training solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Assist in developing strategies for training

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of using or training on a range of medical devices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of clinical processes and conditions
