About the Role: In this critical position, you will be responsible for identifying medical device training needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also contribute to the development of strategies for training and ensure that all staff members are adequately trained to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Training Needs: Assess the training needs of clinical professional users and develop targeted training programs to address those needs.
  • Deliver Training: Deliver or facilitate medical device training to ensure that all staff members are properly equipped to use designated medical equipment.
  • SUPPLEMENT OEM TRAINING: Provide additional training on high-risk devices to ensure that staff members understand the proper procedures for handling these devices.
  • Risk Assessment Support: Collaborate with colleagues to assess potential risks associated with medical devices and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Training Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of comprehensive training strategies that meet the needs of the organization and its staff.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of clinical processes and conditions, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders. Additionally, you should have experience working with a range of medical devices and be familiar with the latest developments in this field.

Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, employees assistance programme, electric car scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
