Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Medical Devices Trainer to join our team in Oswestry. As a key member of the team, you will provide expert training on the use of designated medical equipment to clinical staff at all levels.

About the Role: In this challenging position, you will be responsible for identifying medical device training needs and developing effective solutions to address those needs. You will also collaborate with colleagues to assess potential risks associated with medical devices and contribute to the development of comprehensive training strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the training needs of clinical professional users and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver Training Programs: Develop and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of the organization and its staff.
  • SUPPLEMENT OEM TRAINING: Provide additional training on high-risk devices to ensure that staff members understand the proper procedures for handling these devices.
  • Risk Assessment Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to assess potential risks associated with medical devices and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Training Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of comprehensive training strategies that meet the needs of the organization and its staff.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of clinical processes and conditions, as well as experience working with a range of medical devices. Additionally, you should be able to communicate complex information to various stakeholders and be familiar with the latest developments in this field.

Compensation: This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, employees assistance programme, electric car scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
