Job Description

Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to join our community care team in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development and implementation of therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy or occupational therapy, with experience of working in the NHS and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy, work without direct supervision.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to therapy services.

Salary: £34,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.
