SOX Compliance Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled SOX Compliance Specialist to join our team at Innocent Drinks. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and maintaining our Sarbanes Oxley compliance framework.
About the RoleAs a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our SOX compliance framework, ensuring that it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for improvement, and developing effective solutions to mitigate risks.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in compliance, preferably with experience in implementing a SOX compliance framework. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive positive change within our organization.
Benefits include a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a range of other perks.
Your Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in implementing a SOX compliance framework, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
